You can call and chat with support agents on the phone, contact them through the Apple Support app, or send them a message directly on Twitter. Here’s how to contact Apple Support if you need help with any of your devices or services.
Contact Apple Support by Phone
You can contact Apple Support by phone:
German / French – 0800 0018532.
When you call this phone number, have your device serial number ready. This will save you time when the customer service representative asks for it.
Proceed as follows to find the serial number of your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch:
- Go to Settings => General => Info
- After that, you will see the serial number of your device under the model number.
How to use the Apple Support app
You can contact Apple Support by downloading the Apple Support app from the Apple App Store. This free app allows you to call or chat with a real person, find the nearest Apple Store location, and get step-by-step instructions on how to fix it yourself.
The Apple Support app shows you the closest location for repairs and returns, offers troubleshooting articles, and other ways to contact Apple Support.

Go to getsupport.apple.com to chat with Apple Support.
Then choose which Apple product or service you need help with and what problem you’re experiencing. Then select Chat and log in with your Apple ID or enter the serial number of your product.
